Return Policy

Due to the unpredictable variables associated with the act of shipping, Brokkenenglish cannot guarantee against damage and cannot warranty once a Jewelry and other Accessories is used. Ordinary wear and tear is not covered by any warranty. In the unlikely event that there are defects due to shipping (see below), please inform Brokkenenglish prior to use and within 3 days of the original receipt date. Jewelry and other Accessories, at its discretion will either replace the same Jewelry and other Accessories, or if deemed acceptable by Brokkenenglish refund the purchase price upon return of the Jewelry and other Accessories. All warranty claims will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

If a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, please email the details along with a clear picture of the claimed defect to info@Brokkenenglish@gmail.com regarding Jewelry and other Accessories within 3 days of the original purchase date and prior to use. We will respond within 7 days advising you with the appropriate action to take. Please do not return items without receiving instructions. Brokkenenglish must approve the return of the item if any claim of a manufacturer’s defect is made.

Refunds will only be made in the same form as the original payment within 15 days of the receipt of the returned Jewelry and other Accessories.
